Cannabis dispensary makes date night excellent
Why we didn’t think about this sooner, I’ll never know. But thanks to the cool people at the local cannabis spot, we had an amazing weekend. I guess if I’m throwing out thank yous, I should include my in laws. They took the kids with them so my wife and I could enjoy a three day weekend on our own. Was a huge bonus and we couldn’t have done a weekend alone without the help of our kids grandparents. That said, we got up to tricks that parents of that age would not approve of. My wife and I finally took advantage of the fact that recreational marijuana is legal in our region. It all started with medical marijuana and when that was such a success, new legislation followed. These days, you don’t just have to have a medical marijuana card to enter a cannabis dispensary. But up until now, my wife and I really hadn’t considered that much of an option. When we were in college we enjoyed our fair share of recreational cannabis. Since then, our careers and raising our kids were really our focus. We might get to share a bit of sativa with some old friends once or twice a year but that was about it. So when we had the whole weekend to ourselves, we decided we’d go to the local cannabis spot and try out some cannabis edibles. This was a first for both of us and marijuana edibles are now our new favorite. We split one watching the sun go down from our deck and ended up having one of the best nights we’ve had in a long time.
