The color of the concentrate was clear

She agreed to give me my money back for the purchase or replace the live resin extract with something different

I bought a gram of marijuana concentrate from the dispensary. It was inside of a package that was dark on the outside and I did not get a chance to see what the concentrate looked like inside of the container. The marijuana concentrate was supposed to be a live rosin extract. Usually live rather than extracts are lightly colored and batter consistency. When I got the marijuana concentrate from the dispensary, the color of the concentrate was clear. There was absolutely no way that the live rosin extract was clear. When concentrates are clear, it is due to the fact that chemicals are used during the extraction process. The company doesn’t pay the extra fees to have terpenes or flavonoids put back into the product and therefore the color is often devoid of any plant matter. I decided to take the marijuana concentrate back to the dispensary. I asked the budtender if I could see one of the other live resin products that were packaged. The budtender opened up another package, because she was just as interested as I was. It looked exactly the same and the manager agreed that the live resin extracted looked strange. She agreed to give me my money back for the purchase or replace the live resin extract with something different. She also urged me to contact the manufacturer to file a complaint. She was going to look into the matter, but she felt it was a good idea for me to voice my complaints as well. The live resin product might fool a lot of new smokers, but not me.
