I don’t know how this guy expected to work at the cannabis store
When I have to take care of a background check on employees that are going to work for the medical as well as recreational marijuana shop, I check everything in the applicant’s past.
My pal and I check this state as well as my associate and I do a federal check to make sure that the employee is genuinely who they say they are… I had to hire a new budtender to work at the medical as well as recreational marijuana dispensary for the actual weekends! When I interviewed this particular applicant, the guy seemed genuinely personable as well as especially nice.
He knew a pretty good amount about marijuana as well as the industry. My pal and I sat as well as talked for close to half an hour, however during the interview, I asked the guy if there was anything that might keep him from being able to work at the dispensary. I asked this question when my associate and I were talking about the part in the application where the employee is asked whether or not he has ever been convicted of a major or minor crime… The guy made a couple of jokes, even though he told me that he had never been convicted of a major or minor crime. I thought the guy was going to be perfect for the task at the marijuana shop until I got back the criminal background check. The guy had not been convicted of any major or minor crimes in this state, but federally he did a couple of years in the big house. The background check did not supply me with any additional information about the crime, but I did a search online as well as found more details. I actually cannot supply that guy with a task laboring at the marijuana store. I have to find another candidate as well as that means significantly more interviews in the next couple of weeks.
