Last week there was a homeless guy sleeping by the dumpster at night
On Tuesday and Wednesday morning it is my responsibility to open up the marijuana dispensary for business. I took over responsibilities as the assistant manager a couple of months ago. I only have to work the early morning shift on Tuesday and Wednesday, when the manager has her days off. On those days I have to be at the marijuana dispensary at 7:00 in the morning. I get things started for the day and open up the door for business at 8:00 a.m. Another employee joins me at 8:00 so there are two people in the morning when we are open for business. There is also a security guard that comes to the office at 7:00 a.m. when I arrive. Sometimes the security guard is late, because he has a lot of stuff going on at home. The guy told me all about the stuff that is happening and I honestly feel bad for him. It sounds like he has a lot of tough decisions ahead. When I got to work this Tuesday morning, the first thing I did was check around the dispensary parking lot to make sure there were no cars and no people sleeping outside. Last week there was a homeless guy sleeping by the dumpster at night. I saw him on the cameras a couple of different times. I told all of the night time managers to look out for people spending the night in the parking lot of the dispensary. It’s not safe to have people sleeping in the parking lot overnight.
