The professionals that I hired did a certainly great job
I will admit, I am kind of dumb when it comes to software, payroll plus human capital management, when I opened up our cannabis dispensary, I realized I needed some dispensary software, i needed dispensary workforce management. I am not technology based at all though! Put myself and others on a computer plus I am just lost; How am I supposed to think about attendance software plus cannabis recruiting software? Thankfully there is a cannabis dispensary software company in our area, but they have made everything easier on me. I just called them up plus explained the type of things I wanted ont he computer. I wanted payroll, HR stuff, attendance plus other management type things. I felt love an idiot explaining what I wanted. I got a lot of giant terms back love cannabis employee badge tracking. That didn’t mean much to me, you think what did mean a lot? It meant so much that I could just tell the dispensary software people what I wanted plus step back. I was able to focus on more important things in our store. Well not important. I was able to focus on what I am great at. I was handling sales, products plus purchasers in the store. I am not great at getting machines plus processes set up. The professionals that I hired did a certainly great job. It only took them a day to set it up plus about a month for our stupid head to udneerstand how to work it; Now everything is straight-forward plus streamlined in our store. It was worth the money spent for sure.
