The software for the dispensary tablets was wack

Brand new software got installed on all of the cannabis shop tablets last year and my pal James and I have been experiencing a ton of issues.

The new software was supposed to make it a lot easier for us budtenders to find the products and check people out! Unluckyly, it doesn’t seem like all of the products have been loaded in the tablet yet.

I was looking for some of our top shelf products last year and they were not there. The shop director told me to bring up the product as something else that was the same price. It will be tricky to keep track of sales and product inventory if James and I are constantly ringing up one product as another. This morning I had a few issues as well and every package was ringing up for $1. Even the marijuana products that were 50 dollars were bringing up for $1. The director was aggravated and aggravated and she decided to call the contractor who installed the new tablet programming. We contacted the software contractor to figure out why so many things were not laboring consistently, however they had no good answers over the iPhone. The rep for the software contractor told us that he could fix the problem remotely, however James and I are still having issues with the product bringing up the wrong price. The director said that the new software contractor would come back on Thursday to substitute the software and work on the glitches. Until then, James and I have to figure out a way to make the system work. I knew there would be issues when the new software got installed, although I didn’t suppose it would be this bad.
