Even if you have a million dollars in your bank account, it still isn’tan easy process to open up a marijuana dispensary, i did not have the first clue where to beginning when I wanted to make that industry a part of my business.
I already own several dealers in the area.
I knew that I wanted to get into medical & recreational marijuana sales. I contacted a marijuana consultant to discuss all of the details. I suddenly l received that it was not going to be easy to open the dispensary. I had to fill out a lot of paperwork online & I had to pay a lot of fees, however there are a number of rules that must be followed at all times. There is a whole binder in my office with every regulation & rule. The book has almost 300 pages. I have a cannabis lawyer on retainer to answer any questions. It took almost 6 weeks before I was able to finally get my license for the dispensary. I had to jump through hoops, however now I am licensed to sell medical & recreational marijuana through the state, and as long as I follow all the rules, my cannabis license will be renewed every year as long as I pay the appropriate fees. I had to pay $4,500 when I submitted my application for approval & then I had to pay additional fees after I was approved, some of those fees will have to be paid yearly & other fees were a 1-time tax to get my marijuana sellers license.
