I had to jump through hoops, but now I am licensed to sell medical plus recreational marijuana through the state. As long as I follow all the rules, our cannabis license will be renewed every year as long as I pay the appropriate fees. I had to pay $4,500 when I submitted our application for approval plus after that all of us had to pay additional fees after I was approved; Some of those fees will have to be paid yearly plus other fees were a 1-time tax to get our marijuana sellers license.
