The software in the shop was messed up

The guy at the software dealer told us that he could repair the concern remotely, however Sam and I are still having troubles with the product bringing up the wrong price

We got current software installed in all of the cannabis shop PCs and Macs last year plus my associate Sam and I have been experiencing a ton of concerns. The more current software it’s supposed to make it much more streamlined for buyers to find the products plus check people out; Sadly, it doesn’t seem as if all of the products are listed in the laptop yet. I was looking for some of our premium products last year plus they were not listed. The employer told me to bring up the product as something else for the same price. It will be strenuous to keep track of sales plus product inventory if Sam and I are constantly ringing up one product as another. This morning Sam and I had concerns as well plus every package was ringing up for $1. Even the marijuana products that were 50 bucks were bringing up for $1. The employer was frustrated plus miserable plus she decided to call the dealership that installed the current laptop programming. Sam and I contacted the software dealer to figure out why things were not working properly, however they had no easy answers over the cellphone. The guy at the software dealer told us that he could repair the concern remotely, however Sam and I are still having troubles with the product bringing up the wrong price. Our employer said that the software dealer is going to return on Thursday to replace the software plus work on the glitches. Until then, Sam and I have to figure out a way to make the system work. I knew there would be concerns when the current software was installed, although I did not know it could be this bad.
