I do not know I realized how well medical marijuana was going to help with my pain until I saw the difference for myself.
It had been a long time since I was relatively free of pain.
The pain I had been experiencing since our car accident was becoming unbearable. The doctors kept telling me there was nothing they could do other than putting shots in my spine, or putting me on dangerous prescription drugs… When I talked to my physical therapist, she asked if the doctor had mentioned medical marijuana? She thought medical marijuana was a single of the best legal pain relievers they have on the market… She said that many civilizations had been using marijuana as a way of helping people with pain plus other debilitating diseases for many millennia. She could not understand why our government did not understand that not legalizing a medicine that has been used throughout history, yet legalizing drugs that were made in chemistry bottles, made any sense. She told me she knew a doctor who could help me get a medical marijuana ID card, however although medical marijuana was fancy, she told me that within the first couple of uses, I would notice a difference in my pain level! Every time both of us talked for the next week, my physical therapist asked if I had gotten a medical marijuana card yet. I could finally tell him I went to the doctor plus I would receive my medical marijuana card soon. She reminded me to use the medical marijuana as instructed, plus she was sure I would recognize better.
