I was never a giant fan of going to bars and taverns with our friends in school.
First of all, you could throw down $8 for a single budweiser when I knew I could spend a few dollars more to get a 6 pack of craft budweiser from a local liquor store.
It’s not that I don’t like alcohol, although I don’t like paying a premium just so I can drink in public with our friends and acquaintances. But the cost is not the only thing that keeps me out of bars. It’s also hard being around aggressive and loud drunks when you have so various alcoholics in your family in the first location. Why subject yourself to that when you have so various traumatic memories of experiencing it first hand? That’s what I tell people if they press me on our wish to avoid drinking at random dive bars and the like. How about the two of us all head to the liquor store and buy a few cases of top shelf budweiser to appreciate on our back porch instead? But they want that “social experience” of being at a bar. In other words, they want to find willing participants for one evening stands. Now that our number one drug cannabis is legal recreationally in our state, there are cannabis cafes and bars opening at various locations in our greatest cities. My friends dragged me to our city’s first cannabis cafe Last yearand now I’m heading over there again alone. It’s a appealing location where you can bring your own weed or buy some from behind the counter. You can simply go to the cannabis cafe to unwind or try unique marijuana infused foods and beverages.
